Los resultados de estas evaluaciones han sido publicados por el International Taste Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los productos certificados pasan por una rigurosa evaluaci\u00f3n sensorial llevada a cabo por chefs y sumilleres pertenecientes a las asociaciones y organizaciones culinarias y de sumiller\u00eda m\u00e1s importantes\u00a0de Europa, siguiendo una metodolog\u00eda de cata a ciegas, sin compararlos entre ellos y atribuyendo una puntuaci\u00f3n a cada criterio organol\u00e9ptico analizado.<\/p>\n<p>Stijn Roelandt &#8211; sous-chef en el restaurante Hof van Cleve, 3 Estrellas Michelin &#8211; explica c\u00f3mo \u00e9l y el resto de los miembros del jurado llevan a cabo las evaluaciones para el International Taste Institute: &#8220;Es un proceso muy estricto y a ciegas, lo que significa que todas las muestras son an\u00f3nimas: no vemos el embalaje, no conocemos la marca ni el nombre del productor ni el pa\u00eds de origen.
